Dr. Steven Bell is a licensed and ordained Pastor who serves as a full-time pastor at City Hope Church and as the Head Police Chaplain for the City of Beaufort Police Department. With over a decade of experience as a police chaplain, Steven has provided compassionate support and spiritual guidance to law enforcement officers and their families. He considers it a profound honor to serve those who protect and serve the community, offering encouragement and care in times of need. Steven’s dedication reflects his deep commitment to faith, service, and the well-being of those in public safety.

Battalion Chief Rickie Jenkins is the Chief Fire Marshal for Dorchester County Fire Rescue. Chief Jenkins has been serving as the Chaplain for the South Carolina State Firefighters Association since 2023 and has been a certified Lay Servant for the South Carolina United Methodist Conference in the Walterboro District since 1995. Chief Jenkins is a Licensed Funeral Director/ Mortician and Licensed by the State as a Funeral Home manager. Chief Jenkins enjoys spending time with his wife and two daughters, family time is key in his life.
